7. Bookings and Attendance

Customers book training sessions through the booking system on the website.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details and arriving at the agreed time.

If a customer arrives late, the scheduled end time will generally remain unchanged unless otherwise agreed.

Muxuni may contact the customer if clarification or changes to a booking are required.

8. Booking Cancellations and Rescheduling

Bookings must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the start of the session, unless different conditions are stated for the relevant service.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, a refund or credit may not be available, unless required by mandatory law or otherwise agreed.

Cancelling a booking does not necessarily result in an automatic refund. Any credit or refund will be handled in accordance with the applicable service conditions.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights the customer may have under consumer protection law.

9. Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Online consumer contracts may be subject to a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Whether this right applies, and any applicable exceptions, depend on the nature of the contract and Finnish and EU consumer protection legislation.

If a customer requests that a service begin during the withdrawal period, additional legal requirements may apply. If the service is performed partly or fully during that period, the customer’s rights and any payment obligation may depend on applicable legislation and the consents obtained from the customer.

Withdrawal instructions and the necessary contact details will be provided in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

For questions about withdrawal, customers may contact info@muxuni.com.

These terms do not restrict any rights that consumers have under mandatory law.

10. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with the conditions applicable to the service and the relevant legislation.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be made to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on the payment service provider and the customer’s bank.

If a booking has been cancelled but the payment has not been refunded automatically, the customer may contact Muxuni to clarify the matter.
